UK shipping

We use DPD Local for all orders.

We aim to send out orders within seven days of your purchase however sometimes it can take longer, for which we apologise in advance. We take every care to ensure your order has been sent out correctly but if we have made a mistake, please contact us right away.

We are sorry but we do not currently offer international shipping.

Package tracking and receipt

You can check the status of your order by using the tracking number supplied on your order dispatch confirmation email. Go to: dpd.co.uk

As a rule of thumb if you haven’t received your order within 14 days from the time you receive your order dispatch confirmation email, then please email: hello@scarabeeprints.com

We will do all we can to locate your package. If you are dissatisfied with our efforts, we will offer to send your order again depending on stock or offer a full refund.

If you notice the order is damaged, do not accept the package and contact us immediately. Alternatively take a photograph of the damage, and/or send it back notifying us that you are doing so. Upon receipt, we will offer to send your order again depending on stock or offer a full refund.

Refund Policy

If for some reason you are not satisfied, you may send your purchase back in the original packaging within 14 days, for a full refund. For your attention you will have to pay for the return postage. Please notify us of the tracking number. We cannot issue the refund until we receive the purchase back.

If you return the purchase damaged or clearly used, we reserve the right to offer only a partial or no refund at all.

Sale goods, this includes those included in flash sales, sale periods and special offers, are not eligible for exchanges, returns or refunds if you have taken receipt of them.
